Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Mixed Methods Researcher to translate complex user behaviors and analytics into actionable design strategies within the Digital Success organization. You will bridge data, user insight, and creative execution across the UXCD team to inform product direction.

In this role, you’ll lead studies, synthesize findings, and partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive measurable improvements in help experiences and agent AI features.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on user research experience across digital products.
• Experience with mixed-methods approaches and usability studies.
• Ability to turn insights into design recommendations and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven customer experiences a plus.
• Experience with SaaS or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods research strategy across digital success platforms.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to tell actionable narratives.
• Conduct usability studies and field research.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Own reporting dashboards and executive summaries.
• Ensure ethical research practices and data privacy.
