Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research using mixed-methods frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods research studies across digital customer success platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, PMs, and engineers to root products in user evidence.
• Own UX Scorecard reporting and evolve it from tactical to strategic.
