Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Mixed Methods Researcher to bridge qualitative insights and quantitative data, guiding design strategies and product recommendations within the UXCD team. You will work across UI/UX, PMs, and Eng to ensure evidence-based, accessible digital experiences that drive business impact.

The role emphasizes end-to-end research, including field studies, usability testing, and analytics, with a focus on scalable insights for Help Portal and Agentforce platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with mixed-methods research in B2B/B2C products, SaaS, or agency settings.
• Strong qualitative techniques (usability testing, contextual inquiries) plus quantitative methods (surveys, telemetry).
• Ability to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end mixed-methods research studies across digital customer success platforms.
• Lead competitive research and benchmark analyses for help experiences.
• Drive lifecycle management of Product Councils with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own the UX Scorecard and evolve reporting into strategic driver of product quality and adoption.
• Synthesize data and insights to inform design decisions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, Eng, and DesignOps to ensure ethical, accessible research.
• Oversee research operations and governance, including recruitment and repositories.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices across studies.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and dashboards highlighting impact.
