Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Mixed Methods Researcher for the UXCD Insights team within Digital Success. You will translate complex user behaviors and quantitative analytics into actionable design strategies and product recommendations, serving as a bridge between data, user insight, and creative execution.

You will design end-to-end studies, collaborate with UI/UX designers, PMs, engineers, and strategists to ensure accessible, data-driven experiences that drive business impact and customer success

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research using mixed-methods.
• Proficiency with qualitative UX techniques and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods research studies across digital customer success platforms.
• Conduct competitive research and benchmark help experiences across markets.
• Manage Product Councils and coordinate with PMs and engineers.
• Own UX Scorecard for Help Portal and Agentforce.
• Frame problems and synthesize data into strategic insights.
• Collaborate with designers, product, and engineering across the lifecycle.
• Oversee Research Operations, governance, and ethical standards.
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility in studies.
• Deliver executive-ready summaries and dashboards.
• Track UX metrics to measure feature impact and adoption.
