Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Mixed Methods Researcher to translate complex user behaviors and analytics into actionable design strategies within the UXCD team. You will bridge data, user insight, and creative execution across Digital Success to enhance Help Agent and related experiences.
You will lead studies, collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers, and deliver executive-ready briefs that drive product roadmaps and content strategy.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on mixed-methods user research in SaaS or digital products.
- Proficiency with qualitative UX techniques and quantitative survey design.
- Ability to frame problems into clear research questions and strategic narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and eng teams.
- Knowledge of inclusive, ethical research practices and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and synthesize mixed-methods studies across digital success platforms.
- Lead competitive research and usability studies to improve help experiences.
- Manage study setup, live sessions, and relationships with product roles.
- Own UX Scorecard reporting to influence product quality and adoption.
- Deliver executive-ready insights and dashboards for stakeholders.
