Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research using mixed-methods in B2B/B2C digital products.
• Proficiency in qualitative UX techniques (usability testing, contextual inquiries) alongside quantitative methods (survey design, statistical sampling).
• Ability to frame business challenges into research questions and translate data into strategic narratives.
• Experience with leading cross-functional collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive design principles and ethical research practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end mixed-methods research initiatives across digital customer success platforms.
• Lead studies from setup to live sessions, building relationships between Product Managers and customer councils.
• Synthesize datasets into actionable insights that influence product roadmaps and content strategy.
• Own UX Scorecard reporting to drive product quality, adoption, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Program Managers, and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
