Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is seeking a Senior UX Designer/Researcher to lead research and design for shoppers, store associates at retailers, and our internal specialists as we scale in the $800 billion returns market.

You will own end-to-end design, develop user flows and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, translate findings into actionable recommendations, collaborate with product, eng and customer success, and help refine our research templates.

Formación

• 4+ years in UX/UI or product design, or UX research with shipped interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma with components and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience turning UX research into actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to advocate for the user.
• Portfolio showing research-informed design decisions.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong aesthetic sense and design system adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design for Happy Returns products, including web flows and warehouse tools.
• Plan, conduct, and lead UX research across the product lifecycle.
• Synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations with cross-functional partners.
• Craft user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma with product and engineering.
• Refine internal research methodologies and templates.
