Job summary

Amazon Delivery Customer Experience is seeking a Senior UX Designer to reinvent post-purchase interactions. You will craft intuitive experiences for order management, design scalable systems, and collaborate with senior leaders across multi-disciplinary teams to align customer needs with emerging tech.

Role involves creating user flows, prototypes, and validating concepts through usability studies, with impact across millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
Experience in lifecycle design projects from design strategy through execution
Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design best practices
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools

Responsibilities

Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery
Advocate for the customer through data such as market analysis, insights, constraints, and business insights
Partner with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term scalable solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to communicate interactions
Plan and conduct usability testing, user research, and interpret analytic data to validate features
Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executives
