Job summary

Happy Returns, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior UX Designer/Researcher to lead end-to-end design for shoppers, store partners, and internal users.

You will conduct UX research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into high-fidelity designs in Figma, collaborating with product managers and engineers to drive product improvements at scale. The role requires 4+ years of UX/UI design or related experience, strong communication, and a portfolio showing research-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or UX research with shipped interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma, building components, prototyping interactions, high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
• Strong cross-functional communication, using research findings to advocate for the user.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Happy Returns products: web flows for shoppers, apps for partners, warehouse tools for specialists.
• Plan, conduct, and lead UX research across the product lifecycle to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations and partner with product managers and engineers to drive iterative improvements.
