Qualifications

• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature.
• Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
• Experience acquiring user data (usability studies, user research) and creating personas and journey maps.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of information architecture and design best practices.
• 6+ years of design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex logistics workflows — from problem framing and user research through prototyping, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Partner with product, engineering, and data science to define problems, evaluate trade-offs, and align on solutions
• Map full customer journeys using service blueprints and system models to identify friction and opportunities
• Establish interaction patterns and visual standards for coherence across product surfaces
• Mentor designers on the team and raise the quality bar for design delivery
