Job summary

UPS is seeking a mid-level UX Researcher in Alpharetta, GA to plan and execute research that informs customer experiences across digital platforms. You will lead all phases of mixed-method studies, from framing questions to delivering actionable insights.

Collaborate with product, design, engineering and strategy teams to translate findings into user-centered product and service improvements; strong storytelling and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience conducting and managing research projects.
• Experience with mixed methods research and analysis.
• Strong ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, moderate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Develop research questions aligned with objectives and choose appropriate methods.
• Communicate findings with clear, data-driven storytelling for stakeholders.
• Advocate for end users in meetings and workshops across teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients.
• Develop user requirements, journeys, and personas from research data.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and strategists to apply insights.
• Plan and execute concept and usability tests; evaluate prototypes and products.
