Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• CAPM certification or willingness to obtain within 2 years; PMP meets requirement.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance across projects.
• Develop and approve business cases and project plans; monitor progress and closeout.
• Communicate with sponsor and stakeholders, including executives, on project issues.
• Coordinate resources and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
• Support extended hours during storms or emergencies when required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

CAPM certification

PMP certification (preferred)
