Job summary

Exelon seeks a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives across multiple disciplines. You will own scope, schedule, budget and safety performance, guiding teams through plans, approvals and execution with strong stakeholder communication.

Minimum qualifications include a engineering degree and 4–7 years of PM experience, CAPM or PMP, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Some roles may require extended hours during storms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; 4–7 years PM experience, or HS diploma with 6–9 years experience.
• CAPM certification or plan to achieve CAPM within 2 years of entry (PMP also qualifies).
• Proven success managing projects and leading teams; ability to handle conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, scope, schedule for complex initiatives across multiple disciplines.
• Interface with sponsors and stakeholders; deliver executive level updates.
• Coordinate resources and ensure team accountability for tasks and timelines.
