Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 2–4 years PM experience.
• Alternatively, HS diploma with 3–6 years PM experience.
• Proven ability to build consensus and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams with conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop process enhancements with technology and performance.
• Strong judgment and time management skills.
• PM skills and PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Passport).
• Valid driver's license and access to an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support overall project and program performance across disciplines.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks with recovery plans.
• Interface with stakeholders to coordinate project requirements.
• Build good working relationships with team members and contractors.
• Communicate with sponsor and key stakeholders at executive level.
• Coach and lead team members to ensure task completion.
• Identify and obtain project resources with management support.
