Job summary

Exelon is seeking an engineer to develop designs, layouts and construction drawings for large utility projects across generation, transmission, distribution, gas and telecom systems. You will perform field engineering and provide designs for both internal and external customers, coordinating to meet customer dates and standards, including 24x7 coverage during storms.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree with experience, strong CAD skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to analyze electrical and mechanical systems and interpret standards.
• Proficient CAD skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, layouts, construction drawings, and BOM for large projects.
• Perform field engineering and support internal/external customers.
• Coordinate with teams to meet customer dates and standards.
• Provide designs for New Business installations, removals, or relocations.
