Qualifications

• Previous Used Car Manager experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage a high-performing used vehicle department.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department.
• Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff.
• Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture.
