Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Used Car Sales Management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the used vehicle sales team to meet targets.
• Appraise, purchase, and price used vehicle inventory.
• Analyze market trends to guide inventory decisions.
• Oversee pricing strategy and vehicle presentation online.
• Monitor department gross profit, volume, and turnover.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Coach sales staff to improve closing ratios.
• Coordinate with Finance, Fixed Ops and other departments.
• Manage deal structures and compliance with policies.
• Implement follow-up systems to drive repeat business.
