Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for our US legal entities and pay groups, serving approximately 1,600 employees through ADP. This role will supervise the payroll team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, tax, and 401(k) processing across multiple facilities.

The Senior Payroll Manager will coordinate with HR, Fidelity, and external auditors, manage annual bonuses and wage filings, and drive process improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP processes and systems.
• 10+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Ability to manage Payroll staff, delegate duties, train and mentor as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for all US entities and ~1,600 employees; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve ADP invoices, tax payments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Lead payroll audits with internal and external auditors and year-end processing.
• Coordinate with HR and Fidelity for 401(k) funding and benefits.
