Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have extensive experience with US payroll across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and processes payroll for all US entities, pension, and board of directors.
• Reviews data entry for accuracy across pay groups and pay dates.
• Manages ADP invoices and tax payments, wage garnishments, and W-2 processing.
• Leads payroll audits with internal and external auditors, including 401K funding reconciliations.
• Liaises with HR and finance for timely and accurate payments.
