Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations across multiple facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for about 1,600 employees via ADP. This role supervises the payroll team and interfaces with HR, Tax, and Fidelity for 401(k) funding.

Location flexibility within the US facilities is offered, including Baltimore. A base salary range, annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with multi-state and multi-business entity payroll.
• Experience with ADP processes and systems.
• Ability to manage Payroll staff, delegate duties, train and mentor as needed.
• CPP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and processes payroll for all US entities and payroll groups.
• Reviews ADP invoices and payroll reports for accuracy; corrects issues.
• Manages 401K funding, Fidelity reconciliations, and related maintenance.
• Leads liaison with ADP and coordinates regular conference calls; tracks tickets.
• Year-end processing and audits coordination including W-2s, 1099s, etc.
