Job summary

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for our US entities and pay groups, serving approximately 1,600 employees through ADP.

This role supervises the payroll team and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, tax, and 401(k) processing across multiple facilities, including Milwaukee. Responsibilities include supervising payroll for all US entities, auditing data entry, reviewing ADP invoices, and ensuring accurate wage and tax

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP payroll systems and multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience supervising payroll staff and ensuring timely processing.
• Ability to implement process improvements and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for all US entities, including pensions and board of directors.
• Review ADP invoices, payroll reports, and ensure accuracy across all pay groups and dates.
• Coordinate with HR and Fidelity for 401K funding and related adjustments.
• Liaise with ADP, manage service tickets, and respond to audits and inquiries.
