The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for its US entities, handling approximately 1,600 employees via ADP. The role requires supervising the payroll team and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, tax, and 401(k) processing across multiple pay groups and locations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with ADP processes and systems.
• 10+ years of experience with multi-state and multi-business entity payroll.
• Ability to manage Payroll staff, delegate duties, train and mentor as needed.
• Proven high-level experience to resolve complex issues on demand.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and processes payroll for all US entities, pension, and board of directors.
• Reviews data entry and ADP invoices; ensures accuracy across all pay groups and dates.
• Leads year-end processing, including W-2s, 1099s, and related payroll calendars.
• Liaises with ADP, coordinates regular calls, and manages service tickets and tax filings.
