Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for approximately 1,600 employees. The role oversees ADP processing, audits, and compliance across multiple entities and coordinates with HR and finance teams.

Responsibilities include supervising payroll staff, reviewing data accuracy, and handling year-end processes, bonuses, and benefits funding with Fidelity. This role may be located at any US facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree is not required; a High School Diploma is acceptable.
• Experience with ADP payroll processes and multi-state/multi-entity payroll.
• Ability to lead and mentor payroll staff and manage multiple pay groups.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and processes payroll for all US entities and pay groups.
• Reviews data entry, ADP invoices, and payroll reports for accuracy.
• Coordinates 401(k) funding, bonuses, and year-end payroll activities.
• Liaises with HR, audits, and external vendors (ADP, Fidelity).
