Job summary

The Manitowoc Company seeks a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for our US legal entities and pay groups. You will oversee a team of payroll professionals, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, tax, and 401(k) processing for approximately 1,600 employees across multiple US facilities.

Location flexibility allows placement at any US facility (Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, etc.). The role requires extensive ADP experience, strong auditing skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience leading US payroll processes across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of ADP payroll and tax systems.
• Ability to manage a payroll team and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and processes payroll for US entities, including pension and board of directors.
• Reviews data entry, approves ADP invoices, and reconciles payroll reports.
• Coordinates with HR, Fidelity, and auditors; leads annual audits and year-end tasks.
• Liaises with ADP, manages service tickets, and ensures tax filings and 401k funding.
