Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for ~1,600 employees across multiple entities. The role oversees ADP processing, payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and 401(k) funding, with responsibility for a payroll team and audits.

The position supports relocation and relocation-related benefits, collaborates with HR and Corporate Tax, and may be located at major US facilities including Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP processes and systems.
• 10+ years of experience with multi-state and multi-business entity payroll.
• Ability to manage payroll staff, delegate duties, train and mentor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.
• CPP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and processes payroll for all US entities, pension, and board of directors.
• Reviews data entry and ADP invoices; ensures accuracy and timely processing.
• Manages 401(k) funding and Fidelity reconciliations; coordinates with HR and Finance.
• Liaises with ADP for service tickets and tax filings; supports audit requests.
