Job summary

Nous Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced UC Consultant to join the Global Unified Communications Engineering team.

You will design, deliver, and operate enterprise UC platforms across the Americas, focusing on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and voice recording with IPC Connexus trading turret support. You will lead incident management, vendor escalation with Cisco and telecom carriers, and ensure E911 readiness and Microsoft Teams integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Unified Communications engineering/support experience.
• Hands-on Webex administration and architecture knowledge.
• Familiarity with voice recording requirements and SIP Trunking.
• Experience with incident management and vendor escalation processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
• Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
• Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floors.
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers and vendors.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity.
• Lead incident management, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Own vendor escalation with Cisco and telecom carriers.
• Coordinate UC service requirements with business units and stakeholders.
• Support Red Sky emergency services and compliance requirements.
• Support Microsoft Teams Meetings and related services.
• Monitor UC health using observability tools (Splunk).
• Analyze Call Detail Records (CDR) for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work weekends/off-hours for changes.
• Enhance documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
