Miratech invites a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join the Global UC Engineering team. The role supports the design, delivery, and operations of enterprise UC/Collaboration platforms across the Americas, focusing on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related services.

The candidate will act as a primary incident manager and vendor escalation contact, coordinating with Cisco, telecom carriers, and other UC vendors, while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across

Qualifications

10+ years of Unified Communications engineering/support experience.
Hands-on Webex Control Hub administration.
Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
Experience with voice recording, CDR, and SIP Trunking.
Incident management and vendor escalation experience.

Responsibilities

Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice.
Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers and vendors.
Configure SIP Trunking connectivity and troubleshoot issues.
Lead incident management, triage, escalation, and resolution.
Own vendor escalation processes with Cisco and carriers.
Collaborate with business units on UC service requirements and incidents.
Support Red Sky E911 and Microsoft Teams Meetings.
Monitor UC platform health with Splunk and analyze CDRs.
