Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join our Global UC Engineering team in the Americas. You will design, implement and operate Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related UC services across the enterprise, ensuring reliability, security and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in UC engineering, hands-on Webex administration, strong networking fundamentals, and experience with SIP Trunking, E911 and Splunk monitoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Unified Communications engineering/support experience.
• Hands-on Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
• Strong Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center knowledge.
• Experience with voice recording platforms.
• Fundamental networking knowledge relevant to UC services.
• Experience with SIP Trunking and telecom coordination.
• Experience with UC observability and Splunk logging.
• Experience with CDR management and analysis.
• Incident management and vendor escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
• Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
• Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice.
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity.
• Lead incident management for UC platform issues.
• Own vendor escalation processes for UC vendors.
• Coordinate UC service requirements with business units.
• Support Red Sky emergency calling services.
• Support Microsoft Teams Meetings and related services.
• Monitor UC platform health using Splunk.
• Analyze Call Detail Records for reporting and compliance.
• Extend documentation and knowledge sharing; weekend support.
