Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to join the Global Unified Communications Engineering team. You will design, deliver, and operate enterprise UC platforms across the Americas region, with focus on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Voice Recording, and SIP Trunking.

You will own incident management, vendor escalation, and Red Sky (E911) support, collaborate with Cisco and telecom providers, monitor health with Splunk, and participate in weekend maintenance and documentation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Unified Communications engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
• Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
• Experience with voice recording functionality and platforms.
• Networking fundamentals related to UC services.
• Knowledge of routing and bandwidth management.
• UC observability and monitoring experience (Splunk).
• CDR management and analysis experience.
• SIP Trunking and Telecom Service Provider coordination.
• Incident management and vendor escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
• Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
• Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice.
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers and vendors.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity.
• Lead incident management, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Own vendor escalation processes for UC vendors.
• Collaborate with business units on UC service requirements and incidents.
• Support Red Sky emergency calling services and Microsoft Teams meetings.
• Monitor UC platform health using Splunk; analyze CDR data.
