Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with hands-on Cisco UC experience.
• Minimum two years supporting Cisco UC/voip platforms or equivalent.
• Experience with network and collaboration tools in enterprise environments.
• Banking/regulatory familiarity encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for UC platform service issues and escalation.
• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of UC systems and endpoints.
• Assist senior team members with platform configuration optimization.
• Review UC systems for security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot VoIP and network problems to isolate root causes.
• Coordinate with telephony providers on service issues.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Create and update Change Management tickets for maintenance.
• Provide daily status updates to leadership when requested.
• Maintain UC hardware and software to current status.
• Produce documentation and diagrams for users and peers.
