Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to design, deliver, and operate enterprise UC platforms across the Americas. You will focus on Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Voice Recording, and SIP Trunking while coordinating with providers and internal stakeholders.

You will lead incident management, handle vendor escalations, monitor health with Splunk, and support Red Sky and Teams integrations. Weekend/on-call flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Unified Communications engineering/support experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
• Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture.
• Experience with SIP Trunking and telecom provider coordination.
• Experience with UC observability and Splunk logging.
• Ability to support weekend maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
• Manage Voice Recording platforms and ensure compliance.
• Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice.
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers for connectivity.
• Lead incident management and vendor escalation for UC issues.
• Monitor UC health with Splunk and analyze CDR data.
• Provide weekend/on-call support for planned changes.
• Improve documentation and share knowledge within the team.
