Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree with 3+ years transmission engineering experience.
• Experience with routing analyses, cost estimating, and QA/QC.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams of 2–10 engineers to execute underground transmission projects.
• Develop routing analyses for distribution and transmission lines.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and execution schedules.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff.
• Interface with clients and ensure QA/QC across work products.
