Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the lead technical advocate for enterprise customers in the United States. You will work with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product, AI-powered UCaaS solutions, translating customer needs into actionable product guidance and accelerating deal cycles through technical demonstrations and tailored POCs.

Qualifications

5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
Broad knowledge across the full UCaaS stack: SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, UCaaS.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive feature requests with Product/Engineering.
Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deal cycles.
