Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical advocate for strategic accounts across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions. You will partner with the Strategic Accounts team to drive technical sales engagements in enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales, broad UCaaS knowledge, hands-on API integrations, cloud, security, and AI use cases, plus executive presence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack with a generalist profile.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Genuine passion for AI with real use cases and practical impact.
• Natural rapport-builder with business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Serve as primary technical advocate translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate across teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove technical blockers.
