Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Federal Solutions Engineer to act as the trusted technical advisor for Federal Civilian and DoD clients. You will translate complex requirements into actionable Zoom solutions, test environments, and advocate for feature requests that shape the roadmap.

With 7+ years in pre‑sales engineering and deep knowledge of UC, AI, API/SDK integrations, you will collaborate with Account Executives to design outcome-driven workflows and drive successful engagements across the Zoom platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre‑sales.
• Experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments.
• Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus.
• Federal clearance preferred, but not required.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CEH, GSEC).

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, demos, deployment designs, and proofs of concept.
• Maintain proficiency across Zoom's capabilities, including AI, APIs/SDKs, networking, and UC/voice.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to Federal clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist Account Executives by designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
• Translate customer needs into product development input and advocate internally.
