7+ years in pre-sales solution engineering, with deep UC, video, and voice knowledge, plus experience in Federal Civilian Government or DoD

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales with clear technical solution storytelling (UC, video, voice).
• Experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments.
• Knowledge of SaaS and FedRAMP, IL5, NIPRNet, SIPRNet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, design deployments, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Maintain advanced proficiency across video, phone, AI, APIs/SDKs, networking, and PBX.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to Federal clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Support Account Executives by designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
• Translate customer needs into product development input and drive internal requests.
