Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead Solutions Engineer to act as a technical advocate for enterprise customers, translating requirements into platform-wide Zoom solutions across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings. You will partner with Strategic Accounts, run technical discovery, design solutions, demos, and POCs, and communicate architectural advantages to executives.

A strong generalist UCaaS background and hands-on cloud, security, and API experience are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of solutions engineering experience in technical pre-sales for enterprise customers.
Strong UCaaS stack knowledge across SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, and video.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI solutions).
Lead technical discovery, solution design, custom demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests with Product/Engineering.
Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders from technical practitioners to executives.
Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs, remove blockers, and accelerate deals.
