Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead solutions engineer to act as a technical advocate for enterprise customers, partnering with our Strategic Accounts team to design multi-product UCaaS solutions, including Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales, broad UCaaS knowledge, API integrations, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP). A customer-first mindset and strong executive presence are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
Broad knowledge across the full UCaaS stack with a generalist profile preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across Zoom platform.
Lead discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for enterprise challenges.
Serve as primary technical advocate translating customer needs into product recommendations.
Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers.
