Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to serve as the lead technical advocate for enterprise customers in Providence. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product solutions across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings.

The role requires broad UCaaS expertise, hands-on API and cloud experience, and the ability to translate requirements into compelling technical recommendations while driving deal cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering for enterprise customers.
• Strong UCaaS knowledge across SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, video.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, security practices, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, custom demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Serve as the primary technical advocate translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages, enterprise AI use cases, and broader vision to stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform internal roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove technical blockers.
