Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience for enterprise-level customers in pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack (SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video).
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Genuine passion for AI with real use cases and practical experience.
• Executive presence with ability to engage AEs, executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI).
• Lead technical discovery, design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse decision-makers.
• Gather market intel and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deal cycles.
