Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer in a high-visibility, enterprise-focused role. You will serve as the lead technical advocate, mapping customer requirements to Zoom products across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, and AI-powered solutions.

You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product solutions and accelerate complex deal cycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical pre-sales, deep UCaaS knowledge, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), API integration

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions engineering for enterprise-level pre-sales.
Broad UCaaS knowledge across meetings, voice, contact center, rooms, AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, networking, security and cloud infra.
Strong focus on AI use cases and executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across Zoom platform.
Lead discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for enterprise challenges.
Translate customer needs into product recommendations and drive requests.
Present Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate across teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and unblock deals.
