Zoom is seeking a solutions engineer to lead technical engagements for enterprise accounts, spanning Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions. You will craft architectures, run demos, and guide customers from discovery to adoption.

The role requires broad UCaaS expertise, a customer-first mindset, and a track record of translating complex needs into actionable product guidance. Hybrid/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack (SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, UC).
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A genuine passion for AI and its impact on the modern workforce.
• Natural rapport with AEs, executives, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI solutions).
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise needs.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive feature requests with Product/Engineering.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deals.
