Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead Solutions Engineer for enterprise accounts to design multi-product UCaaS solutions (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings). You will partner with Strategic Accounts to craft technically credible designs and drive complex deals to closure.

We value deep technical credibility across the UCaaS stack, cloud platforms, security, and APIs, with a customer-first mindset and ability to translate requirements into actionable product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack (SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, UC) with generalist profile preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A genuine passion for AI with real use cases and ability to articulate impact on the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for enterprise challenges.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate, translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to varied stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers.
