Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of the full UCaaS stack with multi-product experience.
• Hands-on API integrations, networking, and security practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise AI.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales engagements across the Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI).
• Lead discovery, design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages to technical and executive audiences.
• Capture market intelligence to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and unblock deals.
