Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer in the Madison, WI area to act as lead technical advocate for enterprise accounts. You will design multi-product, AI-enhanced UCaaS solutions, run custom demos and POCs, and translate client requirements into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales with broad UCaaS knowledge, API integrations, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience for enterprise customers.
• Broad knowledge across the full UCaaS stack including Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI.
• Hands-on with API integrations, networking, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in technical pre-sales and driving complex deal cycles.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Serve as primary technical advocate translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to varied stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers.
