The role focuses on liquidity management, payments, FX, and commercial card services, advocating for clients while leveraging technology and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Sales Officer experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with possible overnight travel.
• Proven treasury management sales experience with broad industry knowledge.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills with complex clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, active listening, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated treasury solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution clients and prospects covered by Global Commercial Bank.
• Drive mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption and lead client-centric strategic dialogues.
• Lead revenue growth, pricing strategy, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing treasury presentations.
• Maintain strong client focus while understanding operational aspects of the bank and treasury products.
• Partner with bankers and product teams to develop customized treasury solutions based on client analysis.
• Lead pricing negotiations to optimize profitability and YoY growth.
• Mentor Treasury Analysts and coordinate with Servicing and Implementation teams.
