Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer to lead delivery of integrated treasury solutions for Non-Bank Financial Institution clients within Global Payment Solutions. You will actively manage revenue streams, increase product penetration, and collaborate with client-facing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires 3+ years in treasury sales, strong negotiation and communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Sales Officer experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of time, including overnight.
• Proven track record in treasury management sales and broad product knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build partnerships across enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated treasury solutions to Financial Institution clients within the Global Payment Solutions Team.
• Manage revenue streams, drive product penetration, and consult on sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge to meet client needs and lead client-facing treasury presentations.
• Advocate digital adoption and drive real-time payments initiatives.
• Develop pricing strategies, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support portfolio growth.
• Mentor Treasury Analysts and collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams.
