Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced VDC professional to lead BIM coordination and on-site VDC activities. You will collaborate with design partners, trades, and clients to review models, coordinate submittals, and drive constructability solutions on active projects.

The role requires a strong background in VDC workflows, BIM execution, and cross-disciplinary communication to support project success on site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field and minimum 4 years' experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Continuing education credits for CM-BIM preferred.
• Basic scripting/coding skills (Dynamo, Python) required.
• Proficient with BIM tools and collaboration platforms.
• Travel as required on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models for construction projects on site using VDC tools.
• Coordinate BIM processes and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders and track actions.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination processes and 4D/schedule integration.
• Develop constructability solutions and communicate with project team.
