You will guide the VDC team, implement modeling best practices, and ensure coordination with project teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in VDC or related field, 6+ years of experience, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Able to read, interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and schedule.
• Thorough knowledge of VDC tools and applications in construction.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM standards and coordination principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM field operation and engineering processes for multiple projects.
• Advise on VDC objectives to ensure compliance with Turner standards.
• Plan BIM tools and processes with the VDC and project teams.
• Develop and refine BIM implementation plans aligned with contracts.
• Provide QC of quantity variance reports for estimating and changes.
