Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related discipline with minimum 4 years of related experience
• CM-BIM designation credits preferred and pursued
• Ability to read/interprete contract docs, drawings, specs, schedules
• Knowledge of VDC industry standards, codes, and specs
• Strong communication, collaboration and team skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage competing demands
• Proficiency in BIM software and scripting basics
• Familiar with Reality Capture workflows and animation tools

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models for construction on project sites
• Coordinate BIM processes and VDC workflows with stakeholders
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings, track actions, manage RFIs
• Prepare and review BIM coordination, submittals, and quality control
• Develop constructability solutions with on-site presence
• Execute BIM execution plans and related VDC tasks
• Explore and deploy innovative VDC tools and lessons learned
